About

METHOD is a psychological horror film taking the piss out of the pervasive presence of internalized misogyny in performing arts.  With horror, humor and a dash of irreverence, we dive deep into the exploration of ambitious women attempting to embody and claim power in a culture that consistently attempts to exclude them from both.

Nestled in the insular and claustrophobic world of a small university’s theatre department, a disillusioned acting professor casts herself alongside her college students in Shakespeare's bloody TITUS ANDRONICUS. Her provocative methods unravel the very fabric of the production, plunging both her and the talented young ingenue, yearning for the life her mentor sacrificed, into a tumultuous spiral.
